About Us
Halsey’s Deli & Eatery has a great reputation for offering a wide selection of the finest coffees, teas, cheeses and food to enjoy in the Eatery/Café or take away. Halsey’s was Hitchin’s first provisioners and has been supplying fabulous foods since 1854.
Our Eatery is normally the go to place for Brunch and comfort foods. During Covid we’ve altered our menu to still supply the ultimate in comfort foods but in take away form. See our website or app for our new menu.
